Deshiya Granthasuchi is regularly published in collaboration with the Government of Kerala since 1958 and freely distributed by the Kerala State Library Council, Thiruvananthapuram.
Since January 2010, with the help of library software and Unicode, documents in all languages have been completely recorded in their respective languages and transliterated into Roman for the Indian National Bibliography. From those documents, language bibliography in respective languages is prepared. Fully computerized Malayalam bibliographies have been published till 2021.
